Yes, you can enable Auto Pay to make repeat shipments seamless.
How does the pickup model work?
Once your shipment arrives in KSA, Kuwait, Bahrain and UAE, you’ll collect it from a designated pickup location — no need to wait at home all day.
Can I shop from any USA, Turkey, Pakistan, Italy, Canada, China store?
Yes! As long as the store ships to our USA, Turkey, Pakistan, Italy, Canada, China hub address, we can deliver it to you in KSA, Kuwait, Bahrain and UAE

Yes — basic consolidation happens automatically, and on-demand paid consolidation will be available soon.

Yes, certain beauty and personal care products can be shipped through JAK, including:
- Nail Polish
- Nail Polish Remover
- Hair Spray
- Hair Growth Products (e.g., Rogaine spray or liquid)
- Deodorant Spray
- Tanning Spray
Please note that shipments containing these items may require special handling and can take approximately 15–20 working days to reach their destination.
An additional service fee of USD 20 (or the equivalent in local currency) will apply per shipment containing any of the above products.
Quantity Limits
- Nail Polish: Maximum 5 bottles per shipment
- Nail Polish Remover: Maximum 3 bottles per shipment
